The Irish are well known for their domination of the Cheltenham Festival and some hefty winners from the Emerald Isle are likely in some open looking races. Who needs luck when you have talent?
Planet Sport have picked a big priced Irish raider from each of the seven races at Cheltenham on Tuesday, March 15. The Guinness is on us if they come in!

13.30 Cheltenham - Bring On The Night

All the talk from an Irish perspective is on Willie Mullins' Dysart Dynamo and Kilcruit but don't discount his supposed third string in Bring On The Night.

Owned by Joe and Marie Donnelly who also have none other than Shishkin, this five-year-old could be anything.

An eight length Naas maiden win is hardly a form guide for Cheltenham but he won easily and could out-run his odds in the Sky Bet Supreme Novices' Hurdle.

14.10 Cheltenham - Magic Daze

A wide open Arkle could see an outsider sneak in and County Waterford heavyweight Henry De Bromhead has a front runner in Magic Daze that could push the agenda.

Although looking like the stable's second string on paper, the mare represents Robcour who also own Bob Olinger and a 25 length runaway win at Cork on her penultimate run was impressive.

It really will be Magic Daze for Irish enthusiasts if this one can make all the running and hold on in the Sporting Life Arkle Challenge Trophy Novices' Chase.

14.50 Cheltenham - Ben Dundee

Fancied by no less than Ruby Walsh, Ben Dundee has a bit of Cheltenham form in the Plate from 2020, finishing fifth when trained by Gordon Elliott.

Now with County Meath's Andrew Lynch, A second over three miles at Leopardstown at Christmas time was good preparation for the Ultima Handicap Chase.

Don't be surprised if Ben Dundee is snapping at the heels of the leaders at the business end and this one can take the cake for Ireland at whopping odds.

15.30 Cheltenham -Teahupoo

The unbeaten Honeysuckle is a mare worthy of superhero comic books but Gordon Elliott's Teahupoo can give her a race in the Unibet Champion Hurdle.

Chasing the hat-trick, is improving and may come under the radar despite an 11 length win last time out in the Red Mills at Gowran Park.
It's highly likely that the Champion Hurdle will have an Irish winner but it may not be the one you'd expected and Teahupoo, named after the Tahitian island with the big surf, can make waves.

16.10 Cheltenham - Burning Victory

Another open Close Brothers Mares' Hurdle can see one of Willie Mullins' other entries Burning Victory warming things up.

The six-year-old beat the fancied Queen's Brook in a Grade 3 Punchestown hurdle last time around and may have been overlooked in the betting.
Burning Victory was a shock winner of the Triumph Hurdle in 2020 and can shake things up here again under Sean O'Keefe for the Closutton giant.

16.50 Cheltenham - Britzka

This one went well on debut for Gordon Elliott on debut at Fairyhouse, winning a maiden hurdle under Davy Russell by a solid six lengths.
A last time out fourth behind White Pepper who reopposes wasn't amazing but the four-year-old can come on again with first time blinkers.

Robbie Power is a fair jockey booking and Britzka can out battle his odds in the Boodles Juvenile Handicap Hurdle.

17.30 Cheltenham - Braeside

The Ukraine Appeal National Hunt Challenge Cup Amateur Jockeys' Novices' Chase is an unpredictable race over a marathon trip which should suit Gordon Elliott's Braeside.

A win in the Paddy Power Cork Grand National Handicap Chase in October of last year gave the impression that Braeside was the type to go well in this.

Talented amateur Rob James takes the reins and Braeside can make it a successful day for the Irish outsiders.
