Trainer Donald McCain is situated in nearby Cheshire and has long farmed Haydock Park. I think he can do the same again, with Dreams Of Home in the novices' limited handicap chase at 13:35 on Wednesday.
The six-year-old won all three of his hurdle starts last year and has added a further win over fences this term, when scoring at Ayr in November.
He continued to perform with credit in a couple of runs after that, including here over 2m, before having wind surgery in January.
That didn't have an immediate effect, as he was well held at Newbury last time. However, that was also a step up in grade.
The key to him this time around is a step up to 2m4f. There is stamina in the family, including success over a similar trip by half-brother Minellacelebration, and I think he can improve again and score under champion elect, Brian Hughes.
So, to recap, it's Dreams Of Home in the 13:35 at Haydock on Wednesday.
