You can read the reasons behind our list of selections further down the page and we'll also steer you towards Planet Sport's Racing Live Centre, as it's here you'll find the highly informative racecards for Newbury, Market Rasen and the Curragh.

13:50 (Newbury) Cadillac
Cadillac won twice at Group level when trained by Jessica Harrington in Ireland and made an excellent stable debut for Kevin Philippart De Foy when runner-up in the Listed Wolferton Stakes at Royal Ascot last month.
He is the top-rated performer in this line-up and, despite having to concede 3lb to his four rivals, he could prove tough to beat in ITV's first race of the day.
Grocer Jack drops in class after a creditable fourth in Group 2 company at Chantilly and he rates the biggest threat ahead of Finest Sound, who didn't appear to handle the track at Epsom last time.
14.06 (Market Rasen) Ask Paddington
Jersey Wonder was beaten a length into second by Galileo Silver at Ffos Las last time, but he could gain his revenge off 2lb higher, though it's hard to oppose Ask Paddington here, despite his lack of experience over this trip.
Rebecca Menzies' gelding has raced only once over staying trips, finishing second at Musselburgh, but his form has gone to another level since then as he made it three wins on the bounce when too strong for his rivals over shorter here.
Warwick winner Apache Creek is another to note.
14:21 (Newbury) Going Gone
The drop in trip can help Jim Boyle's Going Gone return to winning ways in the Highclere Castle Gin Cup Stakes.
He won his final start at three in good style and defied a 7lb rise first time out this season at Epsom.
Subsequently third at Epsom and fourth in the Ascot Stakes when beaten just over two lengths by Coltrane, this two-mile trip could be the making of him.
14:41 (Market Rasen) Galata Bridge
County Antrim handler Gerald Quinn has already had a couple of successful forays to these shores with Cirque Royal and a hat-trick could be on the cards.
A winner of a Perth maiden and a Kelso novice hurdle, he had a subsequent winner behind last time and could be well treated off a mark of 123.
But the preference here is for Galata Bridge who won easily at Huntingdon last time and may be capable of another big run despite being 12lb higher.
Gaelik Coast is interesting despite a 6lb hike for his Worcester win.
14:56 (Newbury) Dubawi Legend (e/w)
A big field of 14 will go to post for the Group Three bet365 Hackwood Stakes and in the absence of impressive Chipchase Stakes winner Sense Of Duty, a final chance is taken on Hugo Palmer's Dubawi Legend.
On two occasions in his six-race career the three-year-old has looked like living up to Palmer's high opinion. He absolutely bolted up on his debut and was expected to follow up in the Acomb at York, but was only third to Royal Patronage.
While there was no disgrace in that, he went on to give Native Trail a real fright in the Dewhurst to show the ability is well and truly there.
He can be forgiven a disappointing run at the Breeders' Cup but he was too keen in both the Guineas and Jersey Stakes this season.
Palmer has fitted him with cheekpieces here and if they work, there is no doubt he has the ability to win this.
15.14 (Market Rasen) Mortlach
The best race over jumps is the Unibet Summer Plate at Market Rasen, in which Mortlach is taken to make it five wins on the spin for Fergal O'Brien and Paddy Brennan.
Manofthemountain is also worth considering. He who bounced back to form on his first start since a wind operation when finishing second at Uttoxeter last time. The nine-year-old may have more improvement left to come and remains on a workable mark.
La Domaniale is unexposed over fences and has to be of some interest, while Francky Du Berlais is another to note.
15:30 (Newbury) Miami Girl (e/w)
The Richard Hannon team have farmed the Weatherbys Super Sprint over the past three decades and in Miami Girl they have another major contender for top honours.
It is 31 years since the valuable sales race was first run - and 12 months later the rapid juvenile filly Lyric Fantasy provided Richard Hannon senior with the first of his record seven victories.
Hannon junior has continued the domination since taking over the licence, saddling four of the last eight winners of the £200,000 contest including each of the last two.
The Herridge handler is well represented this time around with no less than five runners, but Miami Girl is undoubtedly the form pick.
The daughter of Cotai Glory made a huge impression on her racecourse debut at Newmarket in May - and while she subsequently failed to fire at York, there was far more encouragement to be taken from her fifth place in the Queen Mary at Royal Ascot.
Miami Girl has since made the most of having her sights lowered with a comfortable success at Windsor, readily accounting for a subsequent Listed race runner-up in Cuban Mistress.
Hannon's charge has a couple of lengths to make up on likely favourite Maria Branwell, who finished third in the Queen Mary, but is more than twice the price and looks the value call.
15:45 (Curragh) Magic Lagoon
Until Friday lunchtime Emily UpJohn was the easy pick for a comfortbale win in the Irish Oaks, but then some birds had other ideas and made sure she couldn't travel to County Kildare.
You'd think with Tuesday also missing that would open the field up a little, but then everyone seems to be forgetting about Magical Lagoon who has flown under the radar somewhat.
She relished a stiffer stamina test on her latest outing when landing the Ribblesdale at Royal Ascot and seeks to extend her winning streak stepping up in grade for this one.
There is another Emily in this race, Emily Dickinson, named after the American poet, she is also capable of making her presence felt with an each-way shout.
