The highlight of Saturday's racing is the Grade 1 Betfair Chase (1500) from Haydock, and there's plenty of other intersting races, including some Grade 2s, to get your teeth stuck into.
First a quick run through of our selections, you can find more detail on each of our selections further down the page.

Selections:
13:50 (Haydock) Hitman
14:05 (Ascot) L'Homme Presse
14:25 (Haydock) Brinkley
14:40 (Ascot) Constitution Hill
15:00 (Haydock) A Plus Tard
15:15 (Ascot) Edwardstone
15:35 (Haydock) Fontaine Collonges
13:50 (Haydock) Hitman
Hitman was narrowly denied in the Old Roan at Aintree on his return, but compensation awaits in slightly calmer waters and it will be a shade disappointing if Paul Nicholls' classy chaser can't capitalise on these favourable terms.
Itchy Feet is rated 10lb inferior to the selection, but may gave him most to think about if a wind procedure proves successful.
Erne River should fare better now returned to a left-handed course and may edge out Minella Drama for third.
14:05 (Ascot) L'Homme Presse
Venetia Williams' L'Homme Presse should cruise home in the Chanelle Pharma 1965 Chase.
Uber-impressive in winning his first four over fences, he then beat the Irish at Cheltenham in the Brown Advisory.
Probably over the top when beaten by Ahoy Senor at Aintree, the drop in trip is certainly no worry given he was doing all his winning over the intermediate distance before Cheltenham.
Saint Calvados signed off his latest campaign with an impressive win at Sandown and he rates the most immediate danger, while Coole Cody can follow them home.
14:25 (Haydock) Brinkley
David Pipe's Brinkley has gone well when fresh on more than one occasion and reappears off a mark 2lb lower than when he last won over timber in the Betfair Exchange Stayers' Handicap Hurdle.
There are a handful of likely types in this, but he is a dour stayer from an in-form yard and it could turn into survival of the fittest.
Others to consider include Run For Oscar who arrives in fantastic form after landing the Cesarewitch at Newmarket last month.
Might I signed off his last campaign with a fine second in the Grade 1 Mersey Novices' Hurdle at Aintree and is open to improvement on his first attempt at a staying distance, and on his handicap debut.
Good Risk At All and Wholestone have race-fitness assured after finishing first and second at Carlisle 20 days ago and have to enter the equation too.
14:40 (Ascot) Constitution Hill
All eyes will be on Nicky Henderson's Constitution Hill in the Coral Hurdle.
Already favourite for the Champion Hurdle, despite Honeysuckle having won the last two renewals, it remains to be seen if he really is as good as he looked when trouncing Jonbon in the Supreme Novices' Hurdle.
We are unlikely to find out this weekend with him already rated 13lb and more ahead of his rivals in this Grade Two, and it should just be a case of point and shoot for Nico de Boinville.
Brewin'upastorm unseated Sean Bowen at the first obstacle at Aintree earlier this month but he may be able to follow the favourite home here, while Goshen gets the nod to claim third.
15:00 (Haydock) A Plus Tard
A Plus Tard will be hoping to repeat last year's success in the Betfair Chase at Haydock.
Henry de Bromhead's eight-year-old was staggeringly good when winning by 22 lengths 12 months ago and he looked just as special when sprinting to Gold Cup glory in March, beating stablemate and defending champion Minella Indo by 15 lengths.
Those two victories were sandwiched by a second place at Leopardstown in the Savills Chase.
For many horses a short-head defeat by Galvin is a perfectly respectable effort, however, A Plus Tard is seemingly in a different league to Galvin on all known form - as he showed at Cheltenham.
Some have suggested the likely testing Haydock ground will not play to his strengths, but he won a Listed four-year-old hurdle in France on heavy before joining De Bromhead and his 2019 Festival win was also on soft ground, admittedly in a handicap.
In short, he will have to run more than a stone below his best to be beaten.
15:15 (Ascot) Edwardstone
Edwardstone is another Festival winner in action and he faces by far the hardest task in carrying 12st in the Jim Barry Wines Hurst Park Handicap Chase.
However, the undoubted class of Alan King's Arkle winner can see him prevail over what are some fine handicappers.
If Edwardstone has any business in challenging for Champion Chase or Ryanair honours, he needs to be winning this, even first time out.
15:35 (Haydock) Fontaine Collonges
Fontaine Collonges loves testing ground and looks sure to develop into a decent staying handicap chaser.
Not seen since winning a valuable pot at Lingfield in February, the Best Odds On The Betfair Exchange Handicap Chase looks a perfect starting point.
Lord Du Mensil has struck here three times in the past, will love the prevailing ground conditions, and showed more than enough at Bangor so will be in the mix.
Houston Texas made quite the impression when scoring on his return at Carlisle, but he is yet to win going left-handed and a more potent threat may come from C&D winner Musical Slave if handling the ground.
