15.40 Newmarket - Coroebus

Pete fancies Charlie Appleby's supposed second string to do the business in the first Classic of the year.

The Dubawi Colt won the Emirates Autumn Stakes over course and distance and may well be going under the radar.

James Doyle gets the leg up for Godolphin and here is a snippet of why Coroebus can clinch the Qipco 2000 Guineas Stakes.

"Now this horse last time won at Newmarket with William Buick on board, it's a James Doyle ride this time around that doesn't worry me at all, James Doyle is a fantastic jockey."
"Two wins from three for this horse at high levels at this track, around this trip, it just seems to me that Coroebus is way too big. Yes Native Trail is the worrying horse here but I think it's a different Appleby runner for me."

15.00 Newmarket - Came From The Dark

Ed Walker's Came From The Dark can run away with the Betfair Palace House Stakes says Pete.

A consistent performer, the six-year-old was a distance winner over five furlongs at Sandown in the Group 3 Coral Charge last time out.
Here's a snapshot of why Pete thinks that Came From The Dark can emerge into the light.
"Holly Doyle on board which gives this an immediate big thumbs up but I think Came From The Dark has got a great chance."
"Yes going against this horse is that he hasn't run since July of last year. For this horse is that he ran superbly in the Palace House Stakes at Newmarket last year."
"I think Came From The Dark has a really good chance of improving on last year's very good run in this race."

13.15 Newmarket - Gale Force Maya

Gale Force Maya can blow the rest away, says Pete in the Read Ryan Moore On Betting.Betfair British EBF Kilvington Stakes.

Not out of the front two in any of her last four starts, the mare was a course and distance victor in early April to boot.
Connor Beasley gets the leg up and here are a few reasons why Gale Force Maya can storm it.
"Now this is a really interesting horse for the County Durham based Michael Dods. Has had really good performances at Newmarket, two wins in pretty recent memory."
"Now admittedly they both came in a lower class but guess what? Has run a Class one previously here at Newmarket in the last 12 months and got a very creditable second place. I think the ground and the trip are going to suit this horse. I think Gale Force Maya is going nicely under the radar and provides some very good value."
