MATTHEW KELLEY · · 4yo Gelding
Resumed with a strong second in a BM74 over 6f at Queanbeyan, beaten half a length by Soul Lady after settling just off the lead and finishing off well on soft ground. That is clearly good enough for this Class 2, and he has won at around 7f before. The draw and top weight ask questions, but his class edge keeps him right in the race.
