IAN R WILKES · BRIAN JOSEPH HERNANDEZ JR · 4yo Gelding

Returns from a two-month freshening after a disappointing seventh in the G2 Kentucky Cup Turf Stakes at Kentucky, beaten nine and a half lengths as a well-supported favourite without a clear excuse. The run prior was far better, winning the G1 Arlington Million at Colonial Downs Turf over 1m2f from Gran Oriente, and he has already won at this track and distance. A place rebound is realistic if he recaptures that stronger form.
