EIGHT COUNT

GREG CRIDDLE · AVA CATARINO · 3yo Gelding

Returns from an eight-month break after finishing second last at Ascot, beaten over 16 lengths at long odds, having also been well beaten at Pinjarra Scarpside the run prior. He was slow away and raced keenly in that Ascot run, and a gear change offers some scope for a better return. Easier race here and can improve fresh for the new stable.
