HALF LISTENING

DAVID PEOPLES · COREY SUTHERLAND · 5yo Gelding

Finished last when resuming at Sunshine Coast in a Class 2, beaten seven and a half lengths on heavy ground after racing wide early and failing to finish off. He does come back to a BM65 with a proven 7½f record, and the 3lb claim helps a little, but his recent race form is too plain to overlook. The 7½f suits on past form, but he has to improve sharply to threaten.
