KELLY MITCHLEY · JASON GATES · 3yo Gelding
Had market support before finishing seventh in an Open over 5f on Greyville Aw, beaten just over five lengths by Prophet. His previous fourth behind B Fiftytwo was much better, beaten just under a length at the same venue. He drops sharply in weight and has reliable turf figures, though four unplaced runs at 6f make the trip the main test.
