GARETH VAN ZYL · Q NGCOBO · 6yo Gelding
Returns from a two-month freshening after finishing third at Greyville behind That's My Baby, beaten just under four lengths on soft ground when unwanted in the market. The start prior was another third in a CUP over 6f, so his recent pattern is sound. Two wins from six at this track and distance and seven wins at around 7f overall give him a strong winning profile, with the apprentice claim helping offset the 10st1lb.
