MATT LAURIE · DAMIEN THORNTON · 3yo Gelding
Placed on debut at Echuca, settling just off the lead and working home evenly for third, beaten two and a half lengths behind Daynes Dahwun. The move to 6f is new, and he did race keenly in the middle stages, so there is still polish to come. Has upside with the blinkers going on.
