WILLIAM WALDEN · JOSE ORTIZ · 4yo Horse

Back after a one-month break following a narrow G1 Joe Hirsch Turf Classic win at Belmont Park Turf, where he beat Far Bridge by half a length in a small field. He had earlier run second to Survie in the G1 Christophe Clement Turf Stakes, beaten just under a length, and his nine-start career record is excellent. Even so, this is a deeper assignment and he has to prove that local G1 form is enough.
