JUSTIN SNAITH · JUAN PAUL V'D MERWE · 2yo Colt

Returns from a five-month break with the best overall profile in the race. He finished third at Greyville before the lay-off, beaten just over two lengths by Coast Of The Sun after meeting interference, and that followed a sound debut sixth when the market had found him. He has already placed at 7f and with Juan Paul V'D Merwe back aboard, he looks well placed to break through.
