NORTHERN DIAMOND

GRAEME HAMMARQUIST · JEFFERSON TSANG · 5yo Mare

Returns from a lengthy lay-off after closing last campaign with a Saturday-company second at Ascot, beaten two and a half lengths by Tactics after racing wide early and keenly through the middle stages. She was also beaten only a nose at Pinjarra the run prior, so her maiden record reads far better than most here. Form out of her last start before the break was solid and she can make a statement on her return.
