Returns from a lengthy ten-month lay-off with useful maiden form from his last campaign, highlighted by a neck second to Speedman at Turffontein Standside. He was later fourth to Tempranillo in a small field when well in the market, and his overall record shows two placings from seven starts. Fitness is the unknown, but his best form is good enough to win this.
