A H MORTIMER · JESSICA VALAS · 6yo Gelding
Returns from a lengthy ten-month lay-off after ending his last campaign with an 11th in 1 Metro Win company at Ascot, beaten nine and a half lengths at big odds. He had been closer at Ascot the run prior when sixth in Class 1 grade, beaten two lengths, and has trialled at Lark Hill a few weeks ago. Distance record is useful, but race fitness and recent form remain concerns.
