STEEL AND SATIN

TONY PETER · KEAGAN DE MELO · 3yo Filly

Returns from a five-week freshening after making a winning debut at Vaal, scoring by half a length over Platinum Shay in a F MPLTE when near the top of betting. The form is still lightly tested, but she stays down in the weights with clear relief from the 9st6lb she carried there and retains the winning rider. Natural improvement would make her a genuine placing hope.
