M J ODENDAAL · NICHOLAS PATEL · 2yo Colt
Returns from a five-month break after ending his first campaign with a well-supported 2yo MPLTE win at Scottsville, beating Tiger Cody by just under two lengths over 5f. He had earlier run fourth as a firming favourite on soft ground, so the short-course form has substance. The new 6f assignment is the main query, but his light record gives him a genuine place chance fresh.
