JOHN FITZGERALD · NICK HEYWOOD · 5yo Gelding
Returns from a five-month break after a poor Wodonga run, beaten over 15 lengths by Forrest Gump when fading badly late on heavy ground. His Seymour effort prior was better, finishing fifth after jumping awkwardly and leading, but he still started big odds. A recent trial helps fitness, but the form turnaround required is sizeable.
