ROBERT HEATHCOTE · TAYLOR MARSHALL · 3yo Gelding

Made a winning debut at Doomben in a 3yo Maiden, starting favourite and beating Flaressence by a neck after beginning awkwardly, leading and just holding off the late challenge. That was a professional enough first race-day effort, though the margin shows he was made to earn it. Deeper race now, but the early professionalism gives him claims.
