STEVEN ROYES · ANTHONY ALLEN · 6yo Gelding
Worked home bravely for fourth in a BM70 at this track last week, beaten a length and a half after beginning slowly and striking interference near the home turn. That is solid form for this, and he gets clear weight relief from the 9st9lb carried there. He had won well at this venue on soft ground the run prior, beating Lucky Rolla by two and a half lengths, and the quick back-up suits. Weight relief and race fitness make him the one to beat.
