ZAC MCFARLANE · SAMANTHA POINTON · 8yo Gelding
Led and held second in a Benchmark 55 at Mackay last start, beaten two lengths by Kaffir Lily after racing keenly through the middle stages. His previous Benchmark 65 run at Bowen was plain, but he gets weight relief, draws stall one and handles soft ground well with six wet-track wins. The 1m record is thin, but he looks well set up.
