TOM BUTTON · JULIE BUSUTTIN · 6yo Gelding
Returns from a one-month let-up after landing a narrow win at this track over 7f, coming from rearward and overcoming a held-up run near the turn to beat Turn Bird by a nose. He had been third to Turn Bird at this venue the start prior, so the head-to-head form is mixed. Proven at this track and distance, but the big weight still makes him an each-way hope.
